Roasted chickpeas
Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas
- Harissa
- Olive oil
Appliances required:
- Oven-safe pan
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400F
- Drain chickpeas
- Coat chickpeas in olive oil in the pan
- Coat chickpeas in harissa
- Bake 40 minutes, shaking pan vigorously at 20 minute mark
Notes:
- This also works pretty well with dill
- This goes well with Greek salad
