Halloumi
Quantity: Serves three.
Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers (color of your choice)
- 1 onion (color of your choice)
- 1 brick halloumi
- Some vegetable oil
- Paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
Appliances required:
- Pan, griddle, or grill
- Spatula or wooden spoon
- Knife
Directions:
- Heat pan (~300F)
- Cut onion into slices
- Start onions on the pan
- Dice peppers
- When onions get a bit soft, start peppers on the pan
- Cut halloumi brick into four pieces
- When the onions and the peppers get a bit toasty, add the halloumi
- Grill until the halloumi is a dark gold
